No worries. We are all about customer satisfaction and customer service so don't worry about returns and refunds.
If you need to return any items, simply send it back to us within 5 days and we’ll happily refund you. Sorry, we can’t offer refunds on earrings unless they happen to be faulty.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
• Simply re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging. Remember to include your order note.
Need a new one? Just send us an email.
• Address the envelope: Returns, Booboo Boutique, 29 Pembroke Crescent, Hove BN3 5DF
• Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage.
Please don’t post the package without getting proof of postage,
just in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.
• Because we offer free postage with every order, we ask you to cover the cost of a return
unless the item is damaged or faulty, in which case we'll refund the postage with your return.
